Structured like a show

The library is an episode rundown: acts labeled and in order, bumpers tucked underneath as a quieter thread. Resume tells you where you'll pick up by name, not by timestamp.

A script, not a chat log

Transcripts render as screenplay pages — character cues over dialogue, narration as action lines. The script follows the playhead, and tapping any line jumps the audio there.

Two timelines

One bar shows the whole episode, act by act. Another scrubs the current track at real precision, with buffered audio shown apart from played audio.

Controls made for listening

Back 15, forward 30, speed from 0.75× to 2×, a sleep timer, AirPlay, and a toggle to skip the bumpers. All of it works from the Lock Screen, Control Center, and your AirPods.

Streams now, stays for later

Playback starts before the download finishes, and every byte streamed is kept. Anything you've heard plays again in airplane mode, and nothing is downloaded twice.

No accounts, no tracking

Nothing to sign into and no analytics. Escuchar only reads and plays. It never uploads, edits, or shares anything.
